As a purveyor of luxury women’s ethnic wear, including high-end Pakistani and Indian 3-piece sets, Ghararas, Shararas, and handcrafted party wear, we take immense pride in the quality of our pure organza, silk, georgette, and chiffon textiles. We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and intricate details (such as hand-embroidery and authentic zari work) of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in photographic lighting, studio environments, and individual digital screen calibrations, a 5% to 10% discrepancy in color or texture may occur. Such minor variations are standard in the fashion industry and shall not be deemed as a defect or a valid ground for a refund or exchange.

4. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT POLICY

All prices displayed on our platform are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. All applicable VAT and taxes are meticulously adhered to as per the laws of Bangladesh. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, particularly involving high-value premium items, Asma Fashion Originals reserves the right to mandate a partial or full advance payment prior to dispatch to secure the order and prevent fraudulent bookings.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

The display of products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat, not a legally binding offer to sell. An order is only considered accepted when we dispatch the product and send a confirmation notification. Asma Fashion Originals reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: stock unavailability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent intentions (fake orders). In the event of a cancellation by us for a prepaid order, the full advance amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a standard processing timeframe.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

While we provide estimated delivery timelines, these are not guaranteed. Asma Fashion Originals shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including extreme weather conditions, political unrest (such as strikes or blockades), or logistical disruptions encountered by the courier service.

7. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

To maintain our strict standards of absolute authenticity and premium quality, our return and exchange procedures are rigorously governed:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, uncut, and unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened is strictly mandatory to claim any defect, damage, or missing item. No claims will be entertained without this valid video evidence.
• Timeframe: Any request for an exchange must be formally lodged within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
• Condition of Goods: The product must remain completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original brand tags, labels, and premium packaging must be entirely intact and attached to the garment.

Asma Fashion Originals reserves the right to inspect the returned item and reject any exchange request if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or violation of the aforementioned conditions.
